It has been five years since I entered the beauty industry, with the majority of my experience coming from working as a makeup artist and hairstylist in television, film and the editorial print world.

Welcome to My Chair! I’m MJ (she/her/they) and I have been in the hair industry for 4 years. I started my apprenticeship back in 2021 at (UNTITLED) and from there I went into hairstyling in the wig Department for theatre and film. Coming back into the salon I’m excited to bring my knowledge to the chair and help you in finding the perfect cut that will have you feeling refreshed and renewed! xoxo

I’m a third-generation hairstylist with an eye for fashion and aesthetics. I enjoy thrifting, reading, and dancing along with knitting and experimenting with various crafts.
My creativity comes out in my work, whether it’s everyday haircuts or avant-garde styles. I specialize in shags, mullets, lived-in colors, and experimental hues. My favourite thing is connecting with clients, transforming their looks while boosting their confidence.
